The core of this retreat is health and fitness so whatever your fitness goals may be whether it be ; weight loss, muscle gain or just general well being , this retreat is for you . We will make use of the best gyms is Cape Town with programs trailered to your every need .
Estimated Itinerary
Day 1
-Arrive in Cape Town
-We will be waiting for you to take you to your luxury accommodation.
-Explore the villa and a delicious spread of harvest table while you get to know the rest of your retreat members.
-Get ready for welcome dinner and drinks,
enjoy a delicious meal paid for by the Flux Fitness Retreat team paired with a good wine and other drinks of choice.
Day 2
-6 to 7 a.m. Wake up in your beautiful room get ready and head to breakfast.
-7 to 8 a.m. Enjoy a well-prepared breakfast of your choice with the crew at home.
-8:15 a.m. Go to a beautiful function fitness facility in the heart of Cape Town
-8:30 a.m. The first Training session of your trip begins you will get coached by the best in the business - Billy Pullen
-10:30 a.m. finish up at the gym and get transported back to your Villa
-10:30-11;30 am we will take you to the shop to do a snack and food shop Woolwoths if you want to stock up on some snacks this would be the time to do so.
-11:30-2 pm Down time
In downtime guests can request transport to see areas they desire, go to nearby cafes, go for a walk around the area or do one of the optional extras.
You will be provided with a list of fun things to do in downtime and it's completely up to you what you do the team will be there to assist you with absolutely anything you need. Some of these optional extras will include things like shark cage diving, ,surfing lessons, and high tea at Mt Nelson.
In this time you will also eat lunch at home or at a place of your liking.
-2 p.m. Go to Constania Wine lands for some epic wine tasting and cheese boards
-4 p.m. Head home.
-5:30 to 6 p.m. get ready for dinner.
-6:30 to 9 p.m. Casual dinner. The Retreat team will draw up a list of the best spots in Cape Town and work through this list throughout the week of retreat; tonight we will go to one of the places on this list. Every single one of these restaurants have been tried and tested by The Retreat team and the food is to die for.
Day 3
-6 a.m. wake up bright and early. Get ready in some comfy hiking gear, grab a fruit or snack and head to table mountain.
-6::30 a.m. Start our hike up table mountain
-9:30 a.m. Arrive at the top of table mountain and enjoy a delicious picnic breakfast prepared by the Flux retreat team .
-10:30 Start the walk down table mountain
-1:30-2p,m Head back to the villa and take a shower , get dressed in some comfy clothes and grab your notepad
-2pm-3:30 pm A nutrition Seminar where we will discuss flexible dieting, a nutrition coach will calculate calories , work with your BMI , your goals and your lifestyle. At the end we will draw up a good meal plan for yourself and a sustainable method of eating to keep you happy and healthy.
-3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. get dressed in warm clothes and pack a Snack Pack for a sunset Safari Drive.
Go to the private game reserve where we will go on a Safari Drive and see the incredible animals South Africa has to offer , this should include lion, zebra , elephant , giraffe and much much more.
-7:30 pm Head to one of Cape towns best resturants for some wholesome dinner .
-9:00pm Make our way back home
Day 4
-6 am wake up call , grab a snack and get ready for yoga/recovery class on the beach
-6am-7am Enjoy the mobility session
-7:30 -8:30 am back at the villa for a delicious breakfast
-8:30-9 am Get ready for gym and head to training facility
-9-11am Train , today will be a metcon day ; so a lonbg steady calorie burner
-11am -12 Get dressed up and looking fancy for the TOP RANKED WINE FARMS OF THE WORLD in Stellenbosch .
-12-4pm Wine Tasting and cheese boards at top wines farms , lunch will also be enjoyed on one of the wine estates.
-4- 6 Relax and enjoy some downtime **
-6-8 Casual dinner at local resturant.
Day 5
-5 am Wake up early to get dressed and ready to go on a sunrise safari
-5:30 am go to a A private Game reserve for some spectacular animal sightings
Enjoy breakfast while on safari in the bushveld. The bushveld is proudly South African landscape and it is truly something to experience.
-8:30 am Return home
-9 am Get dressed and ready for gym training.
-10 am-12 Train hard for two hours- today will be a upper body pump session ended in spicy workout.
-12 - 1 pm Get ready for lunch
-1-3 pm Lunch at a traditional seafood market on the Hout Bay Harbor
-3-6 pm Relax at the villa and enjoy some downtime** or choose an optional extra activity to do such as shark cage diving, surfing, Bo Kaap or Mount Nelson
-6 pm dinner at one of Cape Towns best resturants .
Day 6
-7 am-8 am wake up and get ready for breakfast
-8-9am Breakfast time
-9am Head to the gym
-9:30-11 am workout-Today will be a power session ended with a spicy workout.
-11-12am Get ready for Hout bay Market
-12-4PM Enjoy the day in the Hout bay area and market , shop for local gifts , eat local food and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views over lunch
-4-6pm Head home and relax
-6-9 pm The Flux Retreat will be preparing an authentic South African Braai for you tonight.
Day 7
-7-8 am Wake up and get ready
-8- 10am Relax and recovery time , this time can be used to pack and get things ready as many of you will be flying home tomorrow.
-10am-2 pm head to The Old Biscuit mill where brunch will be enjoyed , this is an incredible Market for foodies as well as for those of you looking to do some shopping
-2-4pm head to V and A Waterfront Mall where you can enjoy a drink on the harbor or even just walk around and look at the gorgeous waterfront.
-4pm head back to the villa
-5- 10pm Farewell dinner hosted by the retreat team where you will spoilt with delicious food and drinks .

The training- The training will be tailored aorund your goals and needs , It will include olympic lifting, high intensity training, bootcamp and functional fitness classes with calorie burning metcons. The coaches are world class and have coached at some of the best gyms and retreats all around the world This is your trip so there will always be options for you for example ; if you don't wish to do olympic lifting there will be a bootcamp class running at the same time so that you can choose what you want to do..
The trip - This is your trip and we want you you to have the time of your life , we are very flexible and we always work to keep our guests happy so should you want to add something to your trip or need anything at all , we will
always be there to accommodate you and help where we can.
The food- Both Billy and Lizel are foodies as well as traineed nutrition coaches nso you will be wining and dining like kin gs and queens .
